Return Policy

  • To initiate a return use the contact form. Please include your order number.
  • Returns will be issued as store credit only. 
  • You must e-mail with your intent to return the eligible items withing 5 days of receiving your order. 
  • Items must be received no more than 14 days from your delivery date. 
  • Items returned must be scent free, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached. 
  • Returns must include original packaging and/or tags. Failure to include packaging and/or tags will result in a 25% restocking fee rather than the normal 10% restocking fee. Failure to e-mail prior to returning any item may result in credit not be issued. 
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 
  • Items not eligible for returns are Handbags, Jewelry, Lingerie, and Swimwear. Any purchases using discount codes, account credit or vouchers are final sale, No Returns. Sale/Clearance items are final sale, No Returns. Mysterious Bags, Mystery Boxes and Mystery gifts are final sale, No Returns

Any and all information gathered or received by Gypsy Tags WILL NOT be sold or shared under any circumstances.

Shipping

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages.
  • We are unable to provide refunds on packages shown as delivered by the carrier.
  • Packages that have be scanned in by the carrier but never delivered/stop tracking forward will be issued a store credit when reported in a timely manner.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
